The first LOCOMOTION General Assembly is taking place on 22-24 September 2020 through different online conferences due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The University of Valladolid (UVa) is leading the General Assembly and more than fifty researchers are discussing the status and the following steps in programming WILIAM (the improved Integrated Assessment Model based on MEDEAS) in the LOCOMOTION project.

During these three days, it will be possible to solve common modelling questions including good practices in the use of modelling software, repositories management, tools facilitating coordination between the different teams of modellers (Vensim, GitLab, gmaster), and the coordination of communication and dissemination activities to improve stakeholder’s engagement. In addition, a special session with the participation of the Scientific Advisory Board will take place. Finally a space to discuss about the COVID-19 and the impact in WILIAM economic module is included.
